Tendulkar, Dravid slide one place down in ICC Test rankings. Tendulkar dropped to seventh from sixth, Dravid was ninth. In another important development, Indian Government plans to remove procedural bottlenecks from Bharat Ratna eligibility, something which bars sportsmen from getting the Bharat Ratna, India's Highest Civilian Honour.
