I am glad to hear that Tendulkar has officially retired. He represents what is wrong with India. A culture that values entitlement over merit. There were many long streches in his career when he looked and played like a retiree and the only reason he was making the team was his reputation and selectors and members of BCCI who were his chamchas and who were afraid to drop him.
